Yeah this is a VERY nasty little piece of internet virus
It implants itself into the registry and makes Trojan babies >.>
Which it tells you it will get rid of with it's "one-time-free-scan"
But not only is that OBVIOUSLY a trap, but AVG (my virus scanner of choice) isn't capable of detecting registry changes.
So when the scan is done, the damn thing regenerates...like some kind of...evil demon alien from the depths of...well...you get the idea.
This is where an anti malware comes in handy. Or Spybot S&D.
Malwarebyte's Antimalware can bloc the registry problem, but this is ONLY if it is installed PRIOR to the infection
Preventive maintenance people ^^
This virus has been contracted via facebook and myspace, so use good judgment. Don't accept or open ANYTHING from people you don't know, and also from holes in ADOBE
