This poem is called "Tears." I wrote it in geometery class for Earth Day, and it was raining outside.
The clouds are crying today. Their tears bouncing off the puddles they have already made. They are crying for the polluted Earth. They try to cleanse the Earth with their tears. When they see it isn't working the way they had hoped, they get angery. The now angery clouds strike lightning at the Earth, wanting revenge. Thunder tells the people of Earth to stop polluting, but they do not understand. The clouds see that their message is not being understood, and give up. The sun pushes through and the Earth continues to be polluted.
