Clothing: Shinigami apparel, but he has no sleeves his sword is placed across his back like Soi fongs. He also where a blue scarf similar to that of the kuchiki.
Physical Appearance:
He is very athletic, only 2% of his body is fat the rest is muscle. The reason he looks so normal is because he has developed a way to become strong without looking like he is steroids, His results are so amazing that he can stop a giant boulder with one hand and crush it.
~Background~
When he was younger he lived with his brother, but his brother was killed by a hollow protecting him and he was bitten, squad 10 members quickly came and saved the boy then quickly carried him to the squad 4 barracks to be treated. He was placed in the care of a noble family but when he got older he was but into the soul reaper academy. He excelled at everything especially hado he quickly learned these demonic spells but he never did well at bakudo. The spells were either too weak or could not form. Still he graduated early without any bakudo spells except restrain.
During his time in the academy though people were scared of him even division people were scared of him. Sometimes without knowing he gave of a very strong sense of a hollow and he riatsu would go from blue and white to black and blue. They ran test on him and came to the conclusion he was born with it and it was nothing to worry about so they left him alone
He was placed in the 8th squad as a 3rd seat, and quickly became a popular member, But he was being taught by the third squad captain who had a ice based zanpok-to like him so he was transferred .
~Personality~
Tsugetsu is a kind person. He is outgoing and spontaneous, he says the most unrelated things for no reason. Even in a tough spot he keeps a positive outlook going as far to mock his opponent. But when he his protecting someone he becomes a completely different person, cold to the core, killing his enemy mercilessly.

Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to #31, but over a wider area and with more power. Another version of this spell has been seen in "Bleach: Heat the Soul 5", used by Byakuya, that sends a kind of pink colored attack to the opponent, that looks really like his zanpakutō; however, we hear Byakuya saying "Sōkatsui" (even if it sound somehow like that "Sōkatsuki" wink

Aisutsuki Ryu
release command: Reign upon the planet and turn your enemy into ice shards.

Ability:The scythe shoots blades of ice and freezes anything it touches. It can turn boiling water to the coldest ice in milliseconds. It can also spilt in the middle but is still connect by a chain, it cannot condense water particles to recover until bankai..[achieved]

ability: It spilts into 2 giant blades, and gives him gloves with snowflakes on it . It also allows him to float even his blades float controlled by his mind or hand, mind is more effective but harder to control. They float on water particles the freeze into ice in the human world, but in the spirit worlds like hueco mundo and the sereitei they float on the spirit particles. He stronger in water based places so he carries a gourd with water but not in the human world. He cloths get covered in thin but really strong ice and turn white a ice crown also apprears on the side of his head.
