No matter how many times I cross my fingers and hope,
things never seem to go well for me.
Maybe it is just meant to be.
No luck for me.
It feels like God is testing how long I can handle all of this.
Maybe I am not as strong as I think
but no matter what
I can not give up
My family needs me to stay strong
No matter how many times I get beaten to the ground
I must always, always, ALWAYS get back on my feet.
Even tho there are days when I feel like the world is coming to an end,
that is when I am needed the most.
I will not let the games of life take control of me
I will NOT give in to the temptations of letting it all go.
but I will hold my head high and push forward past all the pain
Then maybe someday when we are old
Our luck will change for the better
and there wont be anything to worry about.
but until that day I will fight to the very end.
