Equipment
Fist of the Beast King: A part of Damion in a way that no other weapons have been to date, these gauntlets are perhaps his most versatile tool. Crafted of the scales of a Great Stone Dragon, the cured skin of a Stone Snake, and fueled by his own heart and the spirit of an earth elemental, the gauntlets act just as any others would and more. They armor his arms more effectively than simple steel would do, the sheer durability of the scales themselves allowing for the block of sword strikes with little to no damage to the bone far beneath. Soft snakeskin connects the gauntlets to Damions arms, acting as a buffer between the larger scales and his own flesh. The appearance is thus, Larger overlapping scales running from wrist to elbow colored a deep violet that appears almost black at their core on the outer portion of his forearm. Tougher snakeskin runs up the inner portion of the forearm to his hands, where armored scales similar to the others are places over the back of his hand, over the major parts of the back of his fingers with conical fittings for his fingertips, bits of scales skin peeking out between the armored bits. The symbiotic nature of the Gauntlets and the magical nature of their very being allow for cuts and gashes to be healed and for the entire peice to be whole again. Also thanks to the nature of the gauntlets and the component peices used to make it up, Damion is capable of changing the gauntlets as he would stone, creating blades, hooks, pulling the ideal shape from his mind and putting it into form without his concious effort. Mostly, the gauntlets allow Damion to create moving objects out of earth and give him enough of his element where there would otherwise be none to make claws and short(1-1 1/2 feet) weapons. the things created of or with the assistance of the gauntlets have no momentum and thus cannot be used to randomly gut beyond him punching a person. Items made take the same amount of time as Earthen Weapon.
Powers
Earthen Weapon: Damion can focus his energy into creating a rather crude weapon made of the earth/stone beneath him. The weapons are without any kind of flamboyance, and range from any weapon he's seen before, even throwing weapons but no weapons with intricate insides like a gun. Modified with the gloves, Moving objects like drills, moving serrated teeth, things that move under their own power in his hands are possible. Greatsword sized weapons take 2 posts(post of activation and then one following post), longsword sized weapons will be completed in the post of activation, while weapons with complex functions will take 3 posts as the different components come together.
Advanced Earth shaping: Damion can also mold earth to a degree, such as create small trinkets from stone he finds. He can also create larger, but less elaborate structures of stone, no larger than an igloo though. The more complex the thing, the longer the process. Making holes in the ground obviously takes no time at all, as does shifting bits of it around to make the terrain harder to maneuver through, but structures like cages and walls take time based on their size. Igloo sized objects take anywhere from 10-15 posts. Small shifts in the ground, ie making a shelf over someones foot, takes 1 post. Anything changed on the battle field is reflected on the battle field. Meaning if a spire is made in one place, a hole is made elsewhere.
Master Earth Sense: Damion can sense and feel things that reside under the earth, such as deposits of minerals and other such things. He can also feel things on the surface. He can't tell much about the person on top other than where their feet are, but underground objects are lit up in vivid detail, telling him their shape, what they are, and how far below him they are.
Break the line: Both of Damions feet must be on the ground for this move to work at all. his right or left arm thrusts forward, sending a shaft of stone the width and length of a car forward at a 50 degree angle from the ground, in a direction of his choosing, traveling at roughly 20 miles an hour. The shaft can be created anywhere between at his feet and 20 feet away. The attack is pre-empted by 2 seconds(still within the initial post of use) by the ground cracking where the attack would be coming from. Once used there is a 3 post cooldown to follow.
Trick of the Light: Pressed with the issue of hiding in the open spaces of an urban environment, Damion developed this ability. By coating his upper body in a thin layer of water(16oz bottle), the water changes his coloration to match the surrounding environment, making the run from cover to cover much much easier. This disguises him from most mundane forms of sight, although a discoloration appears where he is as the camo is far from perfect. This effect lasts for 3 posts then fades away, where it cannot be used again for another 3 posts.
Grip of the Python: The biological enhancements done to Damion's body include many deceptive changes to his musculature and the way his organs function. Like a snake, Damion's skeleton is covered in a sheath of muscle, but unlike the normal muscle mass of a human, Damion's is condensed to allow him to squeeze and grip much like a Constrictor. As such, his grip is strong enough to break bone, be it with his bare hands or a vice made of his arms or legs. While not an instant effect, it is much like a constrictors chosen method of food gathering. 3 posts is sufficient to break a normal mans bones, and 5 for those augmented through training. Anything beyond this level of augmentation is simply unbreakable as far as he is concerned. He can also do this with his jaw, making his bite that much more powerful, although his jaw locks in this and makes it difficult to release a foe he has bitten. There is a two post charge to this ability, but once so charged lasts for a further 3 posts afterwards. once the time is up, the ability cannot be used for a further 5 posts.
Unstoppable Carnage: The point of a fight is to hurt the other guy, but the point of violence is simply 'to hurt' without regard for who it is getting hurt. With this in Mind, Damion strives to make each fight 'pure' in so far as neither he nor his opponent walks away without wounds of some sort. The fear of pain, the fear of being hurt, is no longer there for him, and the Elemental is more than willing to throw himself into seemingly suicidal hits if he guages the damage he can do worth the trade off. IE if he can hurt the other guy just as much or more, he'll take the opponents swing. If he'll be hurt more or lose combat effectiveness, he'll block or avoid.(this is included to cover my a** in the event a competitor decides to make an action an issue)
