About a month ago I was stuck by irony. I was having a sleepover at my house, and I was having I good time with my friend. It was the afternoon, after we played and slept for the night. We woke up refreshed, and ready to have some more fun. But her mom call bitching about something and she had to go home and get ready for her night classes.
Well, after she left, I started to think about the old days when I had to wear big metal glasses. That carved in to my nose leaving big ugly scars on the bridge of my nose. I snapped out of it, and looked down at the side of my bed were my (awesome way cooler than metal frames) plastic glasses laid. I smiled for a bit, and picked them up with both my hands. Like that were the glasses of the gods. And then my world fell apart, along with my glasses.
I was mortified. My poor glasses broke in half. And I had to scream. LOUD. My (awesome way cooler than metal frames) plastic glasses just died in my hands. "Great, just great" I thought. "Now I can't see at all." What worse, I really can not see without them. They are not just some reading glasses. I'm legally blind, I can't see s**t.
Now I had to look around my mess house that could kill me any minute. I found one case on my dresser, I stumble around my house long ought. So, I when back to my room, sat on my bed, took a breath, and opened the case. I screamed once more. Louder than last time. It was a part big metal glasses.
