:: Watches old Edith Piaf videos on youtube and falls in love all over again:: No really, my eyes turned softer and a small smile slowly spread on my face, and I leaned in just a little closer. I think Edith Piaf is one of those people I will meet in heaven. I will be awkward and not know what to say. And knowing her, she will probably smile and try to strike up a conversation. She was a wonderful person, troubled, but wonderful. I truly hope she is resting well and seeing all the people she wanted to see.

[edit]: but of course I can't just leave it at that. I think about heaven a lot. If you've been reading these then you already know why. I think about the perfect band I will see in heaven sometimes. It will hopefully take them a long time to join me, but they are as follows currently: Peggy on bass, Mashiro on vocals, Ryouhei on guitar...no idea who for drums. Its strange to me that I've never loved anyone in particular on drums. But then there's the question: does the perfect band for me possess dueling guitars? I dunno yet. I would of course blushingly take the mic and sing a few with my favorite people... My favorite people and I would have a jamming concert, I tell you. Because in heaven, no one is restricted by being judgemental. We'd all automatically respect eachother and be friends. We'd all have this little light of contentment in our hearts, just glowing warmly.

I've recently discovered the wonderful world of pre-ww2 French Chanson. THANK YOU YOUTUBE AGAIN. I've been trying to find artists from that era and finally someone on amazon.com was like, "check out Mistinguett..." so I did and she just happened to be on a bigger playlist that someone had put together full of pre-ww2 era French Chanson singers! I of course already enjoy Edith Piaf with all of my heart, but now I can also enjoy others. I am sooo happy. I can see myself getting into this as much to rival my love of Japanese rock. I just wish I could stay up all night sipping in their beautiful sounds, but I have work x.x But after work! Oh, my ears will already be in that fairy tale heaven I so envision~~
