... Am I gonna stop putting this off? I need to talk to this guy... but I'm scared shitless. The only thought I like is that I can conclude this conversation. Every time I think about it thought, my stomach quivers in fear. Can I bear this fear long enough to do what I need to do? This is ridiculous.
