Attire: Hyde is usually recognized in his SOLDIER attire, which, like his other First Class counterparts, wears with a lot more stylistic freedom than the normal Soldier. However, unlike the Firsts who use their rank to dress more casually, Hyde bares it to dress more formally.
A step above in formality to the general SOLDIER dress code, Hyde's garb is almost always a well-tailored suit. Whatever his jacket may be, he will let it carelessly slump past his shoulders.
He tends to show fondness for 19th century ruffles over modern ties. One of his most characterizing features is the eye patch over his left eye, from a wound he had received as a child. On occasion, he'll don a matching fedora.
Physical: Physically, Hyde holds a very pale complexion, a trait he is not entirely proud of. A defining trait of Hyde is his attempt to shade much of his physical identity; originally sporting blonde hair and red eyes, he wears baby-blue contacts (well, contact) and dyes his hair a deep ebony. The one thing he cannot hide, however, are his glowing 'SOLDIER eyes'.
Another defining trait is that his hair consistently gets in his eyes, causing him to have to push it back in a slicked style. He is also remarkably built. Due to his vampirism, he has elongated fangs (which he usually tries to keep hidden).
Kei of the Black Moon: After being bitten by G, Hyde was not only transformed physically, but was infused with the spirit of Moon Tribesman 'Kei of the Black Moon', also called 'Zantetsu'. Originally, whenever Hyde downed blood, the spirit would awaken and take control, empowering Hyde ten-fold. Unlike the honorable Soldier who's body he inhabits, Kei is a savage beast who only lives to feed his thirst for blood, a substance he is highly addicted to. The white wings Hyde can summon become pitch-black when Kei takes over, as do his pupils. And to top it all off, his hair radiates into spikes.
Abilities:
Physical: Hyde's physical modifications stem from the fact that he was bitten by the 'vampire' G. This developed his body into something of a hybrid, as while he retains his human traits, he also inherits vampiric ones as well.
His abilities include heightened strength bordering on superhuman, regeneration, as well as the ability to summon two large angelic wings from his back. He is also capable of drinking blood to empower him or more quickly regenerate, though he'd rather not.
Elemental Control: Due to his exposure to high amounts of Ghi Energy during his 'initiation' into SOLDIER, Hyde's developed a limited range of elemental powers consisting of control over electricty, fire, mist, and limited alchemy. In a sense, he represents a 'classic' Hirokato. He channels these abilities through adjacent rings on his fingers - two on his left, two on his right.
Weapons: Hyde practices no specific martial art, but his most prominent skill is his proficiency with almost all forms of weaponry, most exclusively firearms. Hyde's Buster Sword is his most prized weapon, and it is because of this that he almost never uses it in battle. However, when emergency permits it, he can wield the human-length anti-tank sword masterfully.
