Calculus is awful. Absolutely awful. And anyone who thinks differently is free to attack and be converted to my point of view. The whole integral/derivative thing is fine. I can deal. Heck, throw in some sinosoidals while you're at it, but finding the volume of a graph rotated around a line mixed with sine, tangent, secant, integrals, derivatives, irrationals, and my heart stops. In terror. gonk I look at those equations and I'm like, " eek " ... "No. You tellin' me that's a thing. eek Like a real thing. eek Like something you are actually expecting me to solve." eek And then, I just go quiet for a little bit. And lay down. And wait for the equation-soaked papers to cover me in a white, fluttery grave. I wish I could just say, "Goodbye, Calculus."
