Today was supposed to be a good day, everyone was supposed to get together. Instead, one of the kittens got killed by accident. Just remembering the words my sister used to describe it make my stomach sick. Even though they were half wild, it hurts my heart that such a young thing had to die in such a gruesome way.
My poor cousin. The problems she's been having with the man she got pregnant for, it's like they get worse every day. He or his girlfriend keep messing with her online, and she needs so much money to afford a lawyer. That isn't easy with 3 kids, even if she was to get her job back. She wanted to start going to school, too... She was starting to cheer up (after a full cup of some root beer Smirnoff) but my uncle came and made things rough again. She cried and told me some things, and all I could do was hold her hand and tell her it was going to be all right. I wish I could get her some help, even if it's just to talk to someone, so she doesn't have to keep things bottled up.
