Ugh.... I haven’t had a severe migraine in quite a while. I can usually head them off when I feel the first symptoms. The current one I’m having has been doggin’ me for two days now and its worsened tonight. The usual remedies aren’t helping.
My major triggers are severe barometric pressure changes and fatigue. We’ve been having rain and wind all day and I haven’t slept well for a few nights. A nasty combination.
I feel badly for anyone who is feeling the same. It really sux 🤕
