I wish I could talk with you. I would tell you that I keep bringing the outside into the inside. I walk every day. I pick flowers and ferns. I press them into books and I love them. I find acorn caps and pine cones. I put them on tables and dressers and I hope the mice don’t come to take them away. They can be such rascals.
Where I live now it rains more than I’ve ever known. I know you would like that. It makes me a little sad, though. Most of the time I just want it to be sunny so that I can run outside and play and watch the ducks in the pond and go and put my feet in the river.
