🤔 Sɪᴍᴘʟᴇ Lɪғᴇ Tʜᴏᴜɢʜᴛs 💭
This'll be what I'm thinking about. Whether it be from books I've read to experiences I've had, you'll find all sorts of stuff here. The purpose is either to entertain or give some life advice, so I hope you enjoy if you're interested!
Woohoo! Things are starting to kick off again in real life! Meaning I'm more busy! Wait... Is that a good thing though? Covid is still an issue, but I'm glad that people are starting to come out a little bit more. Places are cleaner than ever, but that constant threat of some random Joe stepping next to me in line and sneezing on my box of cheerios is still something to be wary of. I have decided to do my best not to let this pandemic keep me away from being myself. There are more people with mental health issues rising due to this crisis, as some people are losing their livelihood, their family members, and their futures. I recuse to let this influence me in a negative way. As I always say, turn your problems into fuel for the future, make sure that everything negative in your life keeps you pushing harder and making better changes! It's not good to stay indoors all the time, but it's also not good to be out and about without staying safe during this pandemic. The most important thing you can do right now regarding this virus is to keep your hands off your face and wash them properly. In my opinion, that is more important than wearing a mask! The masks serve to protect others from your own germs more than protect you from theirs, and you can get sick if someone sneezes on you and their germs enter your body through your eyes. This doesn't mean you have to stay home, but I'm cautioning you to be as clean as you can be when you're out and about.

I also thought that I would share my routine. I have usually been just going with the flow lately and eyeballing it, but I decided to set up something consistent because I keep over focusing muscle groups that I enjoy working out more (biceps) and doing other ones just once a week (legs) because I don't like them as much! This workout forces me to be on my toes! I also added a rest day because before this I didn't have one. Now I will rest on Sundays so that I can be at the top of my game for the start of the week, and also have the free time to catch up on things! Balancing my work and social life is getting a little bit better as things are starting to progress more, but I'm only able to hop on in the evenings and late nights, as my evening workouts usually take about an hour and I gotta shower after it, leaving me a short rest of the night to wind down. By the way, some of the terms that I use in the routine are self made for me to understand, so sorry if you get a little confused! Also, I plan on changing the exercises up maybe once every two months if I get bored of certain ones, so maybe I'll post an updated workout routine every couple months or so if anyone who reads this wants to run my routine. It just involves dumbbells, a bench that can do inclines and declines, and a forearm roller (you can do wrist curls instead of you don't have a roller).
