I had my telehealth appoint with my mental health NP yesterday. We kept my stuff the same for now. She asked how I'm handling my dad's passing. I told her as well as could be expected. She gave her condolences. Got a new appointment for March for another follow-up.
I dug the Christmas tree out of the storage shed yesterday so now we have it inside. Mom and I haven't really been excited to put it up or anything, I just kinda went through the motions. I wanna help her feel maybe a little normalcy on our first Christmas without dad.
