I was gone for a week and came back at 10:30 this morning
(That'd be in eastern time, I think...or whatever applies for where I live, I just know it's east.)
Anyway, I learned from frying myself to death on the beach (ick) thaaat....THE SUN IS MY ENEMY. 2)the ocean breeze makes the hot temps nice (and smell really damn good for being so salty) 2) Fried food goes RIGHT THROUGH ME. (I'll spare the details on that one. xp ) and most important...
NO INTERNET AND NO GAIA MAKE MICHAELA/PEE GO BATSHIT CRAZY!
On another note, I went to this amusement park thing at the end of a long walk to check out to see what kinda rides they had, basically going on anything that seemed remotely dangerous (and older stuff, for nostalgia's sake.)
Funny thing I noticed there: LOTS of foreigners. There were dudes 'n chicks from all over Europe running these rides...In fact, I now have an amusing mental image of a certain Russian doctor getting a side job at a carnival and falling asleep at his post thanks to the obvious Russki who ran the Tilt-a-Whirl looking almost EXACTLY like him, minus a few inches, glasses, and rat-s**t hair.
I suggested to Petra about having an amusement park job...and got a picture of her face when she looked at me. It will now be plastered on every postcard I decide to sent on the next trip I take. twisted mwahahaha...
