So, at work, we have some shampoo/conditioner packages that are onsale, but we still have the same things that aren't packaged together on different shelves and they aren't on sale. This lady came in yesterday and wanted this hydrating shampoo, but we were out of the sale stuff, so she wanted us to give her the sale price for it, and I told her that I couldn't do that. Oh, did she raise a stink! stressed
She's like "Is your manager here? I wanna talk to your manager!" Well, the manager left at 6:00 (its now 7:30) and she would not give up. It was just me and Alicia there and Alicia had a cut, so I went and asked her, and she told me the same thing I'd been telling the lady the whole time! Finally, the lady just gave up and bought similar stuff that was onsale... Crazy people...
Oh, and one of our best stylists, Marlise, quit yesterday! No one (except the manager) knows why! She just up and quit! That made yesterday even more hectic than normal because it was supposed to be me, Alicia, and Marlise last night, which is pushing it for a Saturday. Need I repeat myself, CRAZY PEOPLE!!!
