everytime you click somethin that brings you outside of gaia at the top, it says not to give anyone your password, and that no one should ask for it. well, when people do. don't be the dumbass I was and click on any link that they will give you free gold and items. (Someone sent it to my mail) and right when I opened it, I got spywear and someone hacked my old profile, took everything from it (such as alot of gold and expencive items). so please don't make the mistake I did, you'll regret it.
