Ho'kay
So, recently I've gotten into Role-playing. And it's a lot of fun considering you can make your character(s) do whatever you want them to. But it's rather annoying sometimes.
The Pros: 1. It's like writting a book. Ever since that thread in the Hp forum about writting the 7th book, I became hooked on it and realized "Damn, I'm a pretty good story-teller."
2.You meet a lot of nice (and not so nice) people in RPs and sometimes end up being a good (so to speak) friend.
The Cons: 1.Age. A lot of the time, you meet people who are either young or old. It's really awkward(At least for me) to try and write something romantic with someone's character, when the person on the other end is a 20-something year old.
2.People who have jobs are not on very often, so that can cause some frustration. It may just be the RP I'm in, but everytime I'm online, nobody else is. And when I'm offline, everybody else is online. And when I'm online and someone else is online as well, the other person never posts.
3.The length of peoples posts. Sometimes you find RPers that either make short posts or huge Walls of Text. Now, being having the attention span of a Kindergardener, I can't stand scroling down for one post and wasting time reading the very long post, which is usually in the semi-small font as well.
I'm just venting here (as if it wasn't obvious enough.)
