I'm tired... I'm always tired now.
Went to anime club today... havn't gone in a while. Twas alrite. It's nice to see that the club is growing and they no longer scream to watch dubs, even if they're still mostly rabid fangirls sweatdrop , hahah, but I still luv em. I just don't agree with their "fandom philosophy". The whole drinking thing was entertaining, but I just couldn't get into it. Iono... plus I was tired... correction, I am tired. Biggest downside was the Inu Yasha... Well.. I guess I can't blame them. You can't really see Inu Yasha's ultimate crappiness unless you watch enough of it. It's just the whole structure of the show that's flawed... ... I would know. Wasted a whole chunk of my life following that crap til eps 125. Just don't want others to make the same mistake whee .
Took the bart home... and guess what??! My mom was home the whole time so I really didn't need to take bart, but she forgot that I didn't have a ride home tday and ditched me to go to costco. Great. Oh well... I usually don't mind too much... but I was just really tired.
New season of anime starting soon! Yay!... even though FMA is ending sad , there's a couple new series I'm looking forward to. I'm definitely following Bleach and Beck, and I hope they live up to their manga, cuz I loved them. I'll still be following Samurai 7, Samurai Champloo, and Elfen Lied, which are all pretty okay. Not the best stuff... but good. Then again... I'm generally pretty picky about what I watch. Today, I did watch the latest eps of Elfen Lied and a couple of Promos for the new season too. I probably shouldn’t have… I really should be studying chem right now… why am I writing this? Who knows…

2 minute preview for an OVA. Looks awesome. High budget, nice animation, nice art, and promising story. Still, is seems somewhat on the sappy side, even if its in a warring setting. Looking forward to it though.

Pretty good episode. Nice blood and gore scenes biggrin ! Yupp, EL probably has the bloodiest scenes I have ever seen animated. Probably cuz even in Japan, its on a Pay-per-view type channel, so its not aired mainstream, and has less censors. Most blood like this is restricted to manga, where there really are close to no limitations. Maybe that's why I don't like it when people only watch anime and don't read manga, cuz most seinen series don't get animated. Still... the plot in EL is pretty generic, but it's still interesting and not too predictable 3nodding . Plus..... BLOOD and GORE YAY! Though I think that sometimes, the series tries too hard to be diverse, encorporating shoujo, ecchi, seinen, comedy, and drama overtones. Yea.. the shoujo is just too sappy, and the ecchi is just overdone, and the seinen is neither very scary nor original, the comedy is not funny (to me), and the drama... is overdramatized. Hahah... but slap it together, it still makes a pretty good series! and BLOOD and GORE definitely help it in my opinion xp .
