Her eyes were staring far off in the distance and her face was blank. When she spoke her voice was cold and faint, barely above a whisper. She said, "Death comes to all who stay." And with that she vanished into thin air. I wanted to run but I felt like I was planted to the spot where I stood. I gave a shudder and suddenly felt a cold rush of air. I opened my eyes to find my blankets on the floor and was glad it was just a dream.
