Story:
Uzumaki Yukio is Yondaime’s only daughter and Naruto’s stepsister, she reached jounin level at age 13. By that time she was considered a genius and one of the most talented kunoichi of her generation. She was in the highlight of her life until she was sent on an investigation mission to the sound where she would find knowledge about Orochimaru’s whereabouts. Everything was running smoothly, until the mission was ambushed and she was certified dead when no body was found. However, the truth is that she survived with a head concussion leaving her amnesic to fend for herself in the sound village. Because of this she became a battle-hardened kunoichi under Orochimaru’s tutelage. Now 15 years later Yukio returns to Konoha after recovering her memories and escaping sound to find that her parents have been murdered, and that her stepbrother has become the vessel of the Kyuubi no youkai.
Jutsus:
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu - A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into a cyclonic explosion that rips into its victim like a tsunami. It has enough force to tear apart solid ground and uproot trees.
Suiton: Suijinheki - A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.
Suiton: Suryuudan no Jutsu - A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
Suiton: Suikodan no Jutsu - A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra through surrounding water and manipulates it into a swirling wall around them, and then directs it at their opponent in the shape of a monstrous shark made of water.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu - Another technique which originally belongs to the Uchiha clan, Katon Housenka is a very powerful and flexible technique. Instead of following the way of the other fire techniques, Housenka is unique by creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user’s mouth.
Katon: Karyuu Endan - A Katon (flame type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Yet another powerful fire elemental NinJutsu, which also. This is believed to be the second strongest of the fire NinJutsus, just below its "cousin", Fire Dragon Flame no Jutsu.
Kyuushuu no Chakra - A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja must make contact with their enemy. Unlike the Sabaki no Genki (Energy Drain), this technique absorbs the enemy's chakra and makes it the ninja's own.
Genjutsu - The art of illusion. Genjutsu is used to create mass illusions or even hypnotize opponents. Seemingly useful, it isn't seen much throughout the series, which would lead one to believe that it either isn't as useful as Ninjutsu or Taijutsu, or that it's very difficult to master.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Having signed a contract in blood, any ninja with this Ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. They must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal.
Kage Bunshin - Being a forbidden and advanced NinJutsu, few people know this technique perfectly. It is listed in the Scroll of Seals, but still some advanced ninjas know this technique. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu; the main function is to create clones. This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster.
Mizu Bunshin - This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique), this clone can attack.
Omote Renge - A forbidden Taijutsu technique (Kinjutsu). To perform this technique, the ninja must first be able to open the Initial Gate, the first of the Hachimontonkou (Eight Celestial Gates) that limit the amount of chakra.
Hyouketsu no Jutsu (Freezing or Freeze Jutsu) - A NinJutsu technique in which the ninja concentrates chakra mentally transmitting it into another nin’s body. Once there the chakra is manipulated into their nervous system, shutting it down temporarily, resulting in the submittance of said nin into a state of paralysis, one, that when induced to, is very difficult to break out from; this technique can be used with up to 10 enemies at once depending on the nin’s health condition, and the amount of chakra used.
Fighting Style: Gouken
Weapon: Short Katana
Personality: At first, when she has no memory, she is cold and unfeeling, after regaining them she becomes her true laid back self. Think of it as a mix of Kakashi's and Naruto's personalities.
Other:
a) Because of her life as an elite and experienced ANBU, in which she has killed many people Yukio developed from the very beginning a vice. In which, because of her disapproval of taking human lives, she cuts herself as repentance, and, in a way, so the lives of the ones she has killed can be accounted for.
b) She signed a contract in blood with the Tigers and was given the Tiger’s Eye (which enables her to track fast movement), thus the amber color of her eyes.
c) Yukio’s Kuchiyose is a wise Siberian Tiger named Reiko, who sports the Konoha headband and the scar of a battle earned slash across his right eye.
d) Reiko’s Jutsus include: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu, Fubuki no Jutsu, and Suiton Suishoho.
