Well since yesterday I have been getting up at 6:45 am and heading to the gym at 7am. Yesterday I did rowing, bikes, and tredmil till 7:45am. Then today, I went and did at least 15 to 30 reps on different weigh lifting machines. Part of wanting to lose weight this semester and get a bit more active. Went swimming last night as well. The water was cold, but felt good. Granted I was freezing when I got outside.
I will admit when I hit the bed I fell quickly to sleep. Maybe as I do this I can sleep better. Still require myself to do hw. I just need to get plushie to call me >.>
Right now I weigh 260lbs. I want to get down at max 100lbs. Heres the kicker, I dont look fat at all. Well thats before you snap a picture. >.> I havent figured out how to trick the film just yet.
