The Book of Chaos: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I love to write about ANYTHING! RP 's I may have made, things going on that I want to talk about...just a bunch of wonderful randomness! ^^- Oh, and a whole lot of Hiei stuff too!
In the snow there lies a boy...
"GRAAHH!!" Gargyole screamd out in terrible agony that consumed his entire being. His cries carried throughout the tormented land of souls, the light of the death beam shone brightly like the intensity of a thousand blazing suns. In the air he hung suspended by the beam, volts of pain shot through his limbs without mercy, holding his body up a few feet from the ground from which he once stood.

"No..N-No more...no more ...memories..." He pleaded through tightly gritted teeth, his vision blinded by the light ...darkness clinging to the edges of the bright light that filled him with unspeakable pain.
As though time had stopped, the darkness swept over him, craddling him gently as he slipped away into the endless void of his dreams...of his past memories, those of great torment.

--

It was a dark day. It was a cold day. It was a day that an innocent soul layed to rest his life away in the swirling torrent of the cold embarce that called itself death.

Freshly fallen snow blanketed the ground and flew above the stone house that was planted in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. Inside the stone walls loud voices echoed throughout the house, venom filled to the brim with each and every word.
In a room set for the night, a boy with pale skin and white eyes lied in a bed covered with blankets. Sheets of blue, green, red and black...not one of them warm enough, even combined the body underneath shivered from the icy coldness that slept heavily upon him in that room.
"Another night of no sleep.." He mummbled as his white eyes scanned the darkness and fell upon his door, which was opened a crack allowing a sliver of light no larger that a pin to enter his domain. He listeneing quietly to the arguing voices, his body shaking still within his black jacket and moutian of covers.

Suddenly as though possesed by angry demons, the voices grew even louder, one word rising higher than the rest. The word, ' HATE' wafted through the stone walls like water through paper...and the young boy tossed in his bed his heart breaking.
"There it goes...They're talking about me again." Shutting his eyes tightly closed, he pulled the blankets over his head.

"ITS ALL HIS FAULT WE'RE LIKE THIS! LOOK AT US!"

" WHY DID WE EVEN HAVE A CHILD? HE'S RUINING OUR LOVE FOR EACH OTHER...whatever bit we even HAD!"

"I HATE HIM, HE'S SO...DIFFRENT...and ..and..strange....so weird..."

This wasn't the first time one of the voices would dim down and speak softly while crying tears of pity and woe. Night after night...there was no end. He lived in a home where there was no love. He was the 'Strange' child. The 'Weird' little boy they couldn't understand..
Within him, a nerve maybe, or even a peice of his heart broke, popped, crummbled away, or just plain dead that moment, and without a word threw away his covers and grabbed ahold of something on his nightstand and opened the window. Ice and snow shot out at his face, as he climbed down he flet no pain in the merciless barrage of cold wind and ice..it felt like was inside of him..empty coldness.

Once down, he begab to run, never looking back to the stone house of his birth. Running as if he was being chased by death itself were on his tail, he went on into the night enduring the ice and snow flying around him, his black hooded jacket not keeping warm at all. The cold wind sliced through it like a hot knife through butter.

" I can't go back. If I do...there is nothing for me..my dreams...everything I have is nothing here." Speaking to himself, his cold breath greeted his eyes and disappeared withing the blast of wind that whirled around him.

Finally, he stopped, his body giving way to the pain in his chest. With tired feet and frozen limbs, he proped himself against the base of a tree. Its bare naked limbs hung above his tired form, surrounded by trees all alike to that same one...stood naked and bare in the cold, harsh and unforgiving winter.
He sat in silence for the longest time, then finally, with chattering teeth and quivering hands, he reached inside his jacket and gingerly took out a picture set in a frame of old wood.
Staring back at him where his parents' smiling faces, the last time they had ever looked at him like that..was when he was born. Time however, had taken those very same smiling faces, and turned them darker, colder, and angry. HE had done that to them..at least, so he thought.

"M-mom, D-dad...I'm so-orry..I am..really.." Nodding his head, an overpowering urge to sleep struck him hard, the wind's holwing voices echoing among the silence of the trees. An icy grip grabbed at his heart, and blood froze within his veins..the beating of his heart stopped dead in its tracks.
It would be morning before his body would be found lying there by two hikers, who would call the police and look upon the poor boy with sad eyes as he lyed there motionless in the snow.
--

"Hello..Excuse me, Mister stone man..? Are you ok? "A pair of blue eyes greeted him, as Gargoyle opened his eyelids slowly. Sitting up as eagerly as an old man, he stared back at her and noticed who it was beside him. It was the new member to their clan, her pale face and worried eyes stared back at him as a smile spread across her face. " Good, you're alright. You scared a lot of people."
"Who-? OFFFFFFFF!!" Having his body reconnect with the ground, a very happy skeleton boy hugged onto his dear friend as tightly as an iron clamp.
"GARGOYLE! MAN YOU'RE OK!! Dude, did you know you scream like a girl?" Smiling with extreme joy, Jack watched as he friend stared back at him in disbelief. " Are you serious Jack..you could have really done me in doing that.."
"NAAAH! Heh, you're already dead anyways, we all are!" HE said with a laugh, he gaze then settling upon the detectives standing behind Sakura.

"Yea, Jack..you forget about us fleshies?"Yusuke asked, a grin plastered on his face.
Staring into space, obviously in thought, Jack then snapped to attention and laughed heartily. " Yea, OOPS. Heh, I forgot..well..at least it wasn't all a waste..you being beaned by that death beam gave Sakura here a chance to be with her 'bounded one'. "

"Huh? Whata-who?" A confused Kuwabara spoke up, his black eyes staring back at the skeleton boy, Yusuke and the others did the same and stared in silence.

"A 'bounded one' is the person your heart is tied to for all eternity. Even if you didn't find them in the life of the living, you'll find them in death and be with them forever in love." Hooking his index bones together, he smiled warmly. " Sally is my 'bounded one'...and Sakura..hehe.." Blushing at his words, Sakura looked down at the ground, her eyes straying now and then to the figure next to the red-head Kurama.

With his emerald eyes scanning their group, he whispered to himself as his intellectual mind went to work. " We were all there with her when Gargoyle was found ..Yusuke and Kuwabara, along with myself attending to him as Jack instructed us on what to do. However, Sakura while helping us, kept looking at someone..at.." Falling silent, he looked over at Hiei.

"AND the other link to the chain is...HIEI." Pointing while smiling with glee, Hiei looked upon him as if he were mad.

In the demon's mind, his first thought was to deny everything. But, even he couldn't deny the odd feeling he felt around her..and the fact that he knew her name before even she did..Then, he wanted to just disappear. To sink into the ground to avoid everyone, especially her blued eyes that often would settle on him.
"Hn...I am the forbidden child. I am not to be loved, nor can I give it back in return." With that, Hiei dashed away in a flash, the wind wisping about in his place.
"Well, thats Hiei for ya..huh?" Yusuke's deep brown eyes feel upon Jack, and saw a sight he never thought to see. A frown was set on the skeleton's face, an angry look in his empty sockets filled with darkness. His fists clentched tightly at his side, Jack let forth a terrible cry. " YOU CAN'T RUN FROM LOVE...TWO HEARTS BOUND TOGETHER MUST NOT BE INGORED YOU..YOU, COME BACK HERE!!" Chasing after him, the others watched as their friend's pursuer, shook his fist in the air while continuing to scream.

"Oh dear..this should be rather..interesting.." Kurama said with a chuckle, not sure whether to be happy for Hiei, or confused in general at the whole situation.
