More Eberron fun! Mystery upon the secluded and out-of-the-way villages! Will the heroes manage to save the people from their situation? I have this gut feeling Merrix d'Cannith is the responsible behind all this. It'll be just like Scooby-Doo and we'll unmask him and he'll go something like: "And I could've had done it if it weren't for these meddling adventurers and their gecko!"
rofl rofl rofl
Seriously though, the one that could've had an edge in this situation would've been Mr. Giovanni. Taking into account he's already twisted and evil, he could have discerned the strange patterns and evil magicks at work. Now Turkut and Argos are going to request help from their friends up in the Eldeen Reaches, and inform the messenger and his guard about the poisoning of the foodstuffs. They also have to check the rest of the supplies and the other towns' wells and supplies in order to see how far has the damage been done.
Argos has the idea that he's heard of something like a curse or tainted food before, but he can't place where he has seen or read something like that. If he could contact one of the houses, he could get more information on it. Turkut is wishing he took more time studying the alchemical properties of things so he could do a proper study of the strange water and the food the party has found.
Oh! And the party oficially has a name: Collateral Legion.
That sounds cool, but those in it slowly realize the dubious name is not healthy for various reasons crying
