My sister was trying to headbang to classical music...LOL!!! rofl
The title of this journal entry reminds me of that Dave Matthews Band song like "One drink to remember and another to forget...'Scuse me please; One more drink; Could you make it strong, cause I *something something something*; she broke my heart my grace is gone; one more drink and I'll be gone" EDIT: YAY!!! I discovered the name of that song. It's "Grace is Gone" by the Dave Matthews Band. I just heard it on the radio. And I also heart the Dave Mattews Band. And Matchbox 20. And Sarah McLachlan. And Jason Mraz. And a whole lotta others. Ya know, just go to the twin cities in Minnesota and turn on 94.5 or 97.1. That's the style of music I like.
I spend all my time in my room listening to the radio (my best friend who can't breathe) and sucking on candy canes cause nobody bothers to email on the holidays. I'm only out now cause I have to watch the little brothers while my mom's out sending thank you notes.
I got the awesomest book ever!! It's called American Born Chinese and it's awesome. It's like a comic book format, and it's really really funny. Well, some parts. I think it's cool because it's about the Chinese boy and stuff. If you care, the book's by Gene Luen Yang.
My sister got this Lily Allen CD "Alright, Still". I'm listening to it now...in secret. "...Can't knock 'em out; can't walk away; try desperately to think of the politest way to say; just get out of my face; just leave me alone; and no you can't have my number; 'why?'; cause I lost my phone..." My sister's actually sleeping. Shhh......
My cousin got me the prettiest journal!! It's so simple, but that's why I like it. It's spiral bound, and the front cover is pink with an orange heart on it. Just that. So beautiful. Because my favorite thing to draw are hearts, so it's just like me. heart YAY!!!
My sister also got monkey toe socks from our cousin. Hee hee hee....she doesn't even like socks. I got knee socks that kick butt. Get it?? Socks...kick?? Hee hee....
I have been living off wheat crackers and spray-cheese (or cheese-in-a-can...whatever) and water bottles for the whole day. OH!!! On Christmas Eve, we had homemade Chinese dumplings...delicious. It reminds me of Thanksgiving where we had crab.
Weeeelllll......that's it. I will return to my room now, crank up the radio as far as it can go, find myself a candy cane, and sing to my favorite songs. Wish me luck!!!
