I broke up with him.
After like, a month of going out
And a year of hooking up.
I told him I didn't like him anymore.
It went quite well.
I hung up the phone, cried, and threw up in the wastebasket.
I feel hollow.
Like, I lit everything on fire, and it all burned up
And everything else is just sort of smoking, charred ashes.
But suprisingly, in a good way.
Even after a forest fire, little green sprouts shoot up
Everything is starting over new.
I can use the ashes as a base
And just rebuild from here.
I'm feeling okay today.
