My sanctuary is the rest room. Mainly the tub.
The hot water washes away all impure thoughts.
The steam caressing my skin.
The smell of chamomile sends me into a relaxed trance.
I lean on the side of the tub letting one of my arms hang over the side.
I let my hand drip water on the floor as I watch the steam come off my arm.
I go under water and seem to lose all thoughts....as though I were meditating.
Whenever I happen to be sitting I find myself singing....
I didn't know I sang but I was told time and again that I sang and very loudly.
