Found something that will help with my anxiety! Pilates! It's brilliant for relaxing ^^ you have to keep your whole mind on your body and it's movement and breathing. It's very slow and there are no jerky movements, When i first tried it i nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing! It comes with a big gym ball to which is great fun to sit on while watching T.V. ^^ even that is a workout because you are balancing on it ^^
Also we've had a social worker round to try and get me some counseling ^^ i'm going to have another lady round soon to asses(sp?) what kind of counseling i need. ^^
And i'm having a few friends round on Saturday for snacksies and yum yums ^^ Can't wait! I haven't seen my friends in ages!
