Jutsu: Blood Manipulation - Ryusuki has gained such chakra control that she can latch onto her blood and turn it into a small weapon such as needles.
Kunai Whip - Also based on chakra control, this technique uses chakra to latch onto the handle of a kunai and use it like a whip.
Razor Winds - A tornado like current of wind that surrounds the user and deters any weapons. The wind catches the blades and uses it against the opponent.
Sand Storm - This brings sand from anywhere and creates an environment that no one can see in. It also makes the environment perfect for several other techniques.
Fire/Ice/Water Dragon techniques - This series of techniques is quite complicated but needs no description.
Kekkei Genkai:
Shadow Mirrors - Complex and unique, it can be used as defensive, offensive, or as teleportation. Without using actual shadows casted by objects, these mirrors appear like Haku's and are unique because, as far as anyone knows, it opens a void as it is invisible to the Sharingan and Byakugan.
Shadow Dance - Transportation that requires shadows casted by objects on the recieving end.
Shadow Blades - Like a windmill shuriken [except rounded] and can be thrown at enemies. It will return like a boomerang.
Shadow Shield - A darkened circle appears around the user and can protect him/her from purely elemental jutsus.
Bio: Ryusuki originated from Amegakure (The Village Hidden in the Rain) but unfortunately, she discovered mystic powers of her own at the age of four. On her father's side, there was a history of Kekkei Genkai but it was an extremely random and only was given to certain people. After five generations, it was said to be lost until little Ryusuki came along. It's said that the strain of power only becomes active in a person strong enough to harness it and control it. Unfortunately, it gives the user a short expiry date and a horrible choice: Let it lie dormant and let it kill you very slowly over forty years or use it and die at twenty. The Kekkei Genkai was forbidden in her small community and, upon showing her mother, she panicked. 'Is there love?'
Treating her the same way you would treat a possessed child, her mother alerted her council who then hired a criminal to do away with the 'demon' that was little, innocent Ryusuki. One late night, Ryusuki awoke to shouting and breaking glass. Her father, who was not a ninja but merely a farmer, was trying to defend his little girl who sat on the steps, scared half to death, and watching her father get beaten mercilessly. Until she was seen of course. She ran for her life to find her mother, but when she did, she was crying and had knife. Ryusuki had never felt such pain and she was only four. All she remembers is screaming of her mother for her demise and her father's yell of anger. Then an explosion. 'Am I dead?'
A large gap fills her mind after the assassin and her dad rushed to her. She sometimes has visions of blood splattered windows, screams, and other gruesome memories. All she knows is that her family is dead, her Mirrors protected her, and that she was probably responsible for the annihilation of her community. She travelled all over the map and, being only four, she had nothing to give and being of Kekkei Genkai did not help at all. She sought refuge and found it in Konoha. She never cried but was always made fun of in the academy for being deathly thin. They would call her 'Anorexic' and 'Twig' when, the facts were that she could barely afford food. She made no friends and nobody really recognized her as a person with feelings. She was an ugly outsider. And now, even at Eighteen, knowing her death is rapidly approaching, she fears to die alone and always hopes that at least someone would notice her as a person and a woman. 'Am I to die?'
Appearance: Ryusuki Sukai Normally is seen wear black or dark purple outfits similar to Sakura's. Netting and body wrapping usually cover her limbs minus her hands.

Personality: Ryusuki is a dark individual. She has seen a lot of horrible things in her life and doesn't want things to get close to her. She lives alone and doesn't own a lot. She doesn't want love and figures that living without it would be extremely easy. She does have friends, the one luxury she has given herself, but all of her friends know her as somewhat isolated, withdrawn, and determined. Only one of her friends knows her true personality and how much she truly wants to be with people that can make her laugh.
