Well, I'm nearly settled into my new apartment... just a few more boxes to unpack and some arranging and cleaning to be done, then this will be 'home', for now (and I say "for now" because I most certainly will be moving within the year, since my new apartment happens to be the flat below my parents and, no offense to them, I'd rather not live downstairs from my mother and father at 26 years old). The animals have adjusted well, and I'm sure I shall in time.
I hardly know what to write... lately my life has been so hectic and so unbelievably strange, it could be a Lifetime series (or worse; a Jerry Springer special).

My mind is swimming now, so I'll write later. I've been thinking about my ex wife a lot lately and ran into her twice, exchanging a cold and short hello the first time in line at the grocery store, then side-lining to the other aisle in a novelty store and out the door just yesterday... it's been over a year; I don't want to be thinking about her. sad
