'm going to admit to knowing nothing about drows/not fully comprehending this shop, but I've really fallen in love with the coloring job of this one guy and am trying what I can. Smack me if I need it. =)
Really surprised to find this whole email is just shy of 850 words. Hah, I could have rambled longer.
Username - SapphireLynn Drow number - 2 Drow Name - Lysander Entry -
OOC/Personality: Lysander's friendly to a fault, never judges and never gets angry. He likes to ramble about nothing-the weather, fashion, the best places to eat. Important things just seem to evade his mind, easing others into thinking of him as daft and harmless. Perhaps its the reputation he would keep with any, so long as they don't find they've been his next target of true profession, or interrupt him when least expected.
Like now. =)
--==--RP Example/To Show off some background/personality/feelings on "occupations."
"Precisely who are you?"
It was the last utterance of the other drow. Lysander sighed and shook his head, pulling the dagger back that had finished what should have been a clean poisoning job. "Today? Just your average failure." It was an unusual steady, serious look and an even more unusual grumbling answer the corpse received. As soon as the sentence was over though, the look also disappeared back into the usual soft and jovial expression.

Merely a half hour later, 'Sander was doing his typical thing out in public. He called himself an illusionist. Not your true mage, they all knew that, but sometimes successfully versed in slight-of-hand tricks, who liked nothing more than to bumble around and show off to whoever happened to be around.
Today he was more erroneous than usual, and error-ridden moments seemed to draw a larger crowd. "Oh, oh, dear..." That was when half the cards fell to the ground, "It seems...it stuck..." That was when the velvet string didn't pull out of his sleeve correctly, "My, that was naughty!" That was when his wand cap fell off in the middle of his whisking it around to tease, and the closest of the children were speckled with sparkles.
He was still saying how "So truly, terribly" sorry he was and trying to regather his items and dignity when the most of the crowd truly dispersed to hide from the afternoon sun.
Despite a bad start to the day, Lysander was extremely pleased with the latter part of it. His accomplice, at least, was solidified by playing. The worst of the day was just about to come though.
"You missed your lessons."
"Hi, how are you? Good to see you, it's been awhile. Did you---"
"You missed your lessons, and you embarrassed yourself in the middle of town. Again."
Lysander made the mistake of giving the much older drow one of his vague-idiot smiles, and so promptly found himself falling back to avoid the fire that appeared inches in his face.
"You're not an idiot, Lysander! You are gifted, and it is my requirement that you truly learn the field you were obviously meant for. I will escort you to classes tomorrow and will quiz you afterward on your education. If it's necessary, that will become routine. I expect that is clear."
There wasn't room for argument, the other man stormed out, undoubtedly to smooth over those details with tutors. Lysander swiped a hand in the air, not-quite-imaging a poison dart. Just a... mind melding one or something. Well, that would be worth learning the illusionist art, if only to learn it enough to fool the man into thinking he was studying while he really studied the better of the two.
Until then though, the would-be assassin would have to stick to being a full time illusionist apprentice. With maybe a few blows on the side.
The only truth he was hiding was from himself. There would be many pleased to see justice done to get rid of the messy serial killer that plagued the minor criminals.

Loyalities: Not sure I understood this correctly? Despite griping, loyal to his grandfather, seen here in this RP sample. Tends to think of himself as a sort of Vigilante figure, and so "loyal" to underdogs and victims.
Brief look at Abilities: As an illusionist, his abilities will be more self-oriented. He will be able to project an image of what others may perceive him as. Right now this is based more on his own self-image and acting abilities. I have him at ground zero because I'm at ground zero and am not sure I understand all... I'll edit as is appropriate?
As an "assassin," I wouldn't call anything he has to be an ability. He knows common poisons that can easily be studied out by any member of the public and fancies himself to lean in this direction, but more often than not finds himself using what should be a defensive dagger when he does attack others.
