(I just thought of this, im sorry if it sucks or sounds cliche."
Nero was on the ground, his side wound disabling him to move. He painfully watched as his mother was brutally beaten by Knightmare, trying to defend her child.
"Luna. . . why defend your child." Knightmare asked, only using one of his gargantuan hands to hold her up, gripping her throat. Luna gasped for air, but she had no luck. "He is..."
"He is WHAT?" He asked, gripping tighter.
"My son. . . and. . . Alatlorions heir to The Power. Our son. . . Knightmare. . . Is the next. . . heir." the DragonQueen Luna gasped, losing more and more air per-second.
Nero groaned, doing his best to stand up from his gaping wound to his side. He then felt his pendent around his neck. The one his mother gave him. Realizing that he had this item, he began to remember what his mother had said to him.

"Whats this?" Nero asked, holding the pendent in his hands. The shining blue sapphire gleamed to the new host and was embraced by its gold lining and chain that held it around the owners neck.
The Dragon Queen, Luna, placed her hand over his and the pendent with was safely in his palm. "This pendent. . . holds the faith and honor of all of the Dragons that live in this world. . . Nero, my child, Im giving this to you. But be warned. If you use this power by grushing this amulet. . . you will gain great power, but the side effects. . . even I dont know."

Nero remembered his mothers adivce and groaned up to his kneses, doing his best to stand on his own two feet.He then tryed to built up his courage and yelled loudly, stanidng up through sheer will.
Knightmare looked to his child and sighed, "you stand? Foo-! What is this?'
Nero hand was clenched onto his pendent and then growled, his amber eyes peirced right into Nightmares soul. He then began, "Knightmare. . . you wanted a monster. . . ILL GIVE YOU ONE!" He then smashed the item that was clenched in his hand, and a burst of Azure colored energy rushed onto his body, his wound healing. He then picked up his weapon and roared, "ill make you pay for what you did to my mother. . . YOU UNGREATFUL SON OF A b***h!" He then dashed to Knightmare, roaring his battle cry.
