K I admit it, I went and saw the lightening theif. It was really good, but it hardly had anything to do with the book. And they clealy thought that it wouldn't do very well cause they killed off one of the main bad guys fir the rest of the series. My mum says that if it does well he'll magicaly come back to life. But it was a good movie all in all. It had nice added bits, but they took out a ton! And just plumb left out parts that are kinda needed for the rest of the books. They also didn't get a lot of the sets right. The camp looked like a temperary war camp, that was the worst. It also looked really 2-D u only ever saw bits of it. But as I said all in all good movie.
