As Lovely As A Dead Tree... |
Before you judge my life, my past or my character, Walk in my shoes, walk the path I have traveled. Live my sorrow, my doubts, my fear, my pain and my laughter. Remember everyone has a story. When you have lived my life then you can judge me. |

A Reminder From God
Ladies, when we are desperate we tend to get ourselves in messes. We will pursue and allow relationships that are just not of God. BUT when we find ourselves beautiful, worthy, complete, and full in God, then he can bring the right person into your life. You see, no one can ever love you like the Father can. You may be looking for love in all the wrong places, but nothing will ever fill that God shaped hole inside your heart. He longs to woo you first, to love you first, to make you whole. He wants to be your first love. So don't get in a rush, just be patient, because in our patience you cannot begin to imagine what God can do!
Cultivating intimacy with Christ must be purposefully planned. If we simply spend time with God when something opens up in our schedules, “when the mood strikes,” or when we’re after some kind of quick emotional fix, our relationship with Him will be little more than a selfish and half-hearted acquaintance.

Unexpressed Thoughts
It was nice to be alone, not to have to smile and look pleased; a relief to stare dejectedly out the window at the sheeting rain and let just a few tears escape.
* * * * *
I'm still longing for someone I never had. But I knew that wishing to be with that "someone" is just a dream that will never happen.
* * * * *
The most painful love there is, is the love left unshown. A love that cannot be expressed, affection left unknown. The love that withholds touching, afraid of what it would say, And the most painful thing about unexpressed love is - it never fades away.
* * * * *
A simple late in a time frame can cause your forever loneliness; a simple smile can disappear from a simple argument.
* * * * *
We are like parallel lines, we go on the same direction but we will never intersect. Well, the story of asymptote lines is pretty much sad too, sadder than that of the perpendicular lines actually. Asymptote is a line approaching indefinitely closer and closer but never meets. Meaning, they get closer but they actually will never be together.
* * * * *
I will always remember you, and you will remember me, just as we will remember the evening, the rain on the windows, and all the things we’ll always have because we cannot possess them.
* * * * *
You still make me smile even if you're the main reason why I'm sad.

Out Of Nowhere
No matter how beautiful those flowers you want to offer, I will still prefer these prickly, dried roses of mine, for they were also once fresh, like those flowers before, and up until now, I still have it. No matter how new and interesting the book you want to give me, I will not replace this worn and loosed -page book that I have, for they have a lot of memories I'll never find in other books. No matter how sweet your voice you may sound, I will still choose those untuned melodies I've heard in the past, though they may be a bit unpleasant to my ears, I find it sweet because it came from the heart. No matter how good and clean your intentions are, Thank you, but Sorry, I will not give it up and still hold on to the ONE my heart desires for so long. No matter how I cry and suffer a lot, You may oftentimes witnessed how my heart was torn into pieces, I want you to know that it was MY CHOICE in experiencing those hardships; I'll never regret experiencing these heartaches because this will serve as a REMINDER for me that I still love him.

Solitude
Wasting my precious time, Watching the cloudless sky, Together with those dry leaves, That are softly blown by the wind I feel isolated, Because I hear nothing but silence, Silence that makes me to be deaf, Deaf enough that I don't care anymore I tried to portray it, But I'm not satisfied, For my heart says it's worthless, Without it, it is like nothing but a simple trash I tried to write it, But I can't find the exact words, Words are not enough, To express what's really in me The only thing that I've got Is to pray and trust Him, I know He is enough, To fulfill this lonesome feeling...

Autumn
Leaves are falling from a dead tree, Falling in a circular motion until it reaches the ground, The tree seems so hopeless, "Will I ever spring again?" Each leaf contains memories, Memories that no one can ever replace, And now they are gone, "Will I ever put them back again?" The rays of light are shining, Together with the coldness of a calm breeze, But it seems to me that they're starting to fade, "Will I ever see and feel them again?" As the doors of my days are about to close, I wish that I will spring again, So that I can see the beauty of the earth, And that I will live again...

Cicatrix
A crisp rubbing sound of dry leaves, The dull deep vibrant noise of thunder, And an intense lightning, In an obsolete chamber filled with obscurity... A sonorous sonata with gloominess on its tune, Played by a young woman with dejections in her heart, As the music fills the stormy nightfall, The voice of her heart suddenly spoke, "Glimpse of pensive beyond, vestigial annoyance in one's memory, Melancholy of reminiscence, creating an incomplete abolishment; Drear and full of uncertainty, light-heartedness cast into dolefulness, Is there any solitary hope, for the forlorn, afflictive heart?"
Following in time, as she finishes it with a mystery, She collapsed and fell on a cold floor, With a drop of salty liquid appearing in her eyes, The stormy weather vanished, Turning into a tranquil rainfall...
