I am Princess Kamuira, future ruler of the Kingdom of Ukaila. I live in the Capital of Ukaila, Kelat with my father, mother, two brothers, and sister.

This is my journal of my journeys, adventures, and experiences. Feel Free to enjoy if you will:

Last night it rained and stormed in Ukaila. Pellets of water danced against the glass door of my balcony, begging me to come out and lose myself in the music of the element that i was most connected to. Yes... the water was calling to me, and for once in a long while, I couldn't help but go to it. Of course my parents would not agree to such a decision of mine so I pulled my hair into an average, no royal style, put on my street clothes and went out on the balcony. The rain began to circle around me, delighted that I came to say hello. "Hello my love." I spoke to it, "Can you take me down to the ground?" Suddenly as water fell by my balcony it began to freeze and within minutes i had a tight sturdy staircase of ice awaiting my descendancy. As I passed down each step is dissolved back to water and fell to the ground.

When my foot touched the ground, the water sculpted itself in the shape of a man. It's skin, first flowing water, hardened into a transparent, glass like ice. "Kamuira... Long time since we've last spoken, love." he said. "It has... Jewlian." And yes... the rain that came to me had a name for it was not just rain. It was literally a man made of water. He was an elmental, a person cursed to be made up of a specific element. "You came out to spend time with me, yes?" he asked as we began to walk. "Of course, gentle sir. Why else would I, the princess sneak up at such an hour?" To answer a question with a question. It something we did alot. "Hmmm... True. Royalty would not sneak out for anyone. Does that mean that I'm special to you?" A grin grew across his clear glossed face. The midnight moonlight ate across his surface and reflected around him, giving him this unimaginable beautiful glisten.

"You are special, Jewlian. You're one of my favorite toys." I teased. He laughed lightly as we rounded the the corner of Danderleo Street and went into the City's central park. "Such a laugh you are. I'm surprised you haven't replaced your king's Jester yet." By now, my clothes were soaking wet, but by now, i was too lost in Jewlian to notice.

We went out to the center of the park and layed into the grass. "Oh careful Jewlian, we wouldn't want the grass to soak you up." He laughed but this time less full. "Yes... we would not want that now would we? After all I am water... just a mere something that will eventually get evaporated for forgetting to get out the sun in time or abasorbed for not realizing i was stand ontop a giant plant...drooling and dying to end me and use me for it's own growth needs."

Silence fell between us for a moment as we listened to the rain fall.

The voice of the rain varied upon what it fell against. We rolled on our sides simultaneously, almost as if we were reading each others minds. In the left side of his chest there was a tight blue ball of water that pulsed and flowed.

"You may me made of water, but you have a heart just as if you were still made up of flesh and bone. And you will always be Jewlian. Your make up and texture can never can never change that." He eyes, colorless yet still elegant locked mine in place. I found myself losing myself with in his gaze. "You say that... but when i was made up of flesh and bones. When i was like you," he reached over and touched my face. His hands were cold yet warm at the same time. "I could touch you and fully feel you." He continued. his hand now running up and down the side of my face. "I could feel the softness of ur skin... The thickness of your hair... but now... What am i left with? The feeling of your warmth... it's not bad really. Besides the fact that if i touch you for too long i'll melt." He closed his eyes and stopped to laugh to himself. "I know what you mean Jewlian, I do. One day we'll find away to turn you back. One day, you'll be able to touch me anywhere you want. As long as you want."

"I love you for that." he said suddenly opening his eyes. My face buzzed and he laughed because he could feel the blood rushing to my face. He saw the startled confusion in my expressions and too the liberty to explain. "Your optmism. I love it. You never stop dreaming. Never stop hoping. And it's why you're happy... Why I'm happy when I'm with you..."

This time I reached up and touched his face. It was soft and wet, yet firm and comforting. I ran my fingers from his forhead down to his collar bone. "If I ever... I mean... When I do become human once more... You will do something for me." he said softly. "What is it? Anything you need, Jewlian." I said not really paying his words attention for i was caught up in his body. "You will marry me." My face buzzed hard this time and he had to pull his hand away because of how warm i was getting. I looked him in the eyes again and the seriousness of his look took me hard and instantly I was owned for life. " The once blacksmith, now elemental, is demanding a royalty's hand in marriage... You are something..." I laughed. He grinned to then pressed his crystal lips to my forehead. "I'm taking that as a yes." Then he aross to his feet and pulled me up.

"My lady, I believe it's time for me to take you home. You look like you're about to faint from all this." With no words worth saying more, I nodded and we walked to the balcony window, went up a new flight of ice stairs, and stood on the balcony, watching the rain fall as we leaned against each other and the railing.

"When... will i see you again?" I asked after a couple of minutes. "When ever it rain, Love. When ever it rains I'll come to see you. I know you love to watch the rain. Now you have another reason to. Oh. Wait here." he said. I nodded again and he walked off into my bed room. After a minute he came back out with a necklace chain and put in around my neck. Then he reached into his chest and pulled out a piece of his heart, wrapped it it a few rain drops that few around us then held it out and let me watch as me made me a crystal more comely than anything I ever laid eyes on. He latched it onto the necklace chain. "It will never melt never break. Keep it safe for me Kamuira. This is me. I want you to have myself." Inside of it, at the center swirled a ball of water. It was the piece of his heart he pulled out. "I'll never take it off. I promise." He embraced me for a moment, kissed me lightly on the lips and whispered to me, "I promise too." Then he collasped into a puddle of water and slid off the balcony ledge.
