*Find the guy who'll hold you, when all else fails away.
He'll be the one for you; you'll see, you'll know.
He might not be perfect, but he'll be everything you need and more.

He'll do his best to understand everything, when you cut him off.
You'll cry, he'll wipe those tears; you'll explode, he'll bear all your hits and screams.
He'll ask why you felt this way; then he'll pretend to forget all about the incident.

He'll ask what you want for your birthday, seven months ahead of time,
because he's completely forgotten when your birthday was after all.
You laughed and told him, the threatened if he forgets;
'cause you've known since you found out when his birthday was, his zodiac and birthstone too.

He'll take your things but will give it right back...after you kick him and call him a bully, that is, then make you mad.
You steal something of his and he'll let you walk away for some time, then he'll ask for it back;
then he'll try whatever way he can to get it back, without hitting you or insulting you.
When you won't give it back, he'll complain, even when he has about ten others that are identical to the one you stole.

He'll make sure you're never cold, that you eat at least twice a day, and get at least four hours of sleep each day.

He'll feel guilty for making you feel guilty, when he didn't get any sleep,
because you refused to tell him why you were sad and quiet on the phone.

The things he does and says,
can be distorted somehow to make it seem like you took it offensively.
He'll call you mean, for making him feel bad,
and for making him think of an excuse to get out of that one.

He'll try and get your best friend(s)' approval of him,
then end up creeping them out.
After, he pretends that he doesn't care they like him or not,
when secretly, he does.

He'll try to find a gift for special occasions...
then he'll end up finding something that costs a lot.
You appreciate the gesture, then tell him it doesn't have to have a hefty price,
that it doesn't matter what he gets you,
as long as it isn't Barbie, Barnie, or anything like that.
Just as long as there's some thought behind it.
Secretly, you wonder why he'd spend so much,
ehen all he can do is hug you, kiss you, and hold you,
and you'd be the happiest you'll be.
It doesn't cost anything; it isn't too much.
Love doesn't have a price tag, and he's already given you the best gift anyone could ever have.

He'll try and help you solve your problems,
then end up making you laugh till your sides hurt from laughing so hard.
After that, he'll threaten to beat up whatever and whoever made you worry and gave you this problem in the first place.

At the end of the day,
you'll find yourself not wanting you go to sleep,
because you're afraid that it might've been all just a dream.
But every time you wake up, you find it's not a dream after all, then thanking GOD for making it real.

You know he's not exactly Prince Charming,
but he's all that you want after all.
You didn't want a "Happily ever after", you want it to never end;
'cause Prince Charming isn't so appealing anyway,
with his cape and tights and his geekiness galore.
You love the one you have just the way he is, because no matter how odd he really is,
he makes you feel like you're the most incredible woman to ever exist.
He makes you feel alive.
No matter what happens, you know he'd always be there.

That, you see, is the kind of guy that deserves your endless love.
