Junkpunk is a multilayered original RP set on a unique world known as Cimex Aul, similar to earth, but possessing a variety of races who interact and conflict with one another both individually and as nations (players can choose to RP either single characters, nations, or both) atop a "dieselpunk"-esque backdrop.
The primary focus on Cimex Aul is a small, neutral island nation known as Tharsis: a hub of international trade that attracts all sorts of people looking for prosperity or to escape the rigors of their homelands. Tharsis is home to a myriad of unsavory sorts, from pirates and thieves, to crime syndicates and their hired thugs, as well as legitimate types only looking to make an honest living.
Junkpunk accepts all characters, provided they are adapted to fit the general setting of the world (meaning no laser shooting spaceships) and all levels of roleplay and writing skill. We're hoping to expand and develop on this world dynamically, the "plot" being built on as people roleplay, rather than being static from the start. There is no word or post limit, we do not have a required post length to strive to achieve an we will not discriminate against players because we feel they are not "good enough".
