(this is rika's song of what happened when she was little and why she has no blood family. This is the beginning of how she became what she is today.)
Of the valleys and mountains of my homeland,
the memories begin to fade.
with the coming of the new dawn
our tears turn to jade
the grass was green and soft to touch
the water clear and never rough
The joys of summer never at an end
until the day of blood came my friend...
The dreams of children peaceful til then
the day of blood waiting to begin
the screams and cries of one small child never heard
her dreams and world came tumbling down
the time to dream gone again
her childhood smashed to pieces
her parents cries lasting a lifetime
all of this happened on the day of blood
the day of pain
the day of sorrow
the day of broken souls..
it was her birthday when they came
torches and chains and whips in hand
blackness consumed her just like the pain
when she came, she saw the rain
Father bloody and cut to shreds
her mother barely alive, almost dead
"Father, Mother! Don't leave me!" she cried out
but all she heard was laughter from their executioner
she didn't understand then as she does now
a small child of 6 then, no more no less
her black and red silk kimono in ruins
her last gift from her parents
she was forced to see the harsh reality of truth
as her parents were slain in painful ways before her innocent eyes
she cried...she cried til it hurt, but remained proud
she heard the voice once again aloud
"Show me your power." the voice called out
"No." she said defiantly
her defiance was their death..they were gone
and she was alone...left to die
but she lives today with the whole scene stuck in her mind
It was the day of blood, the day of sin
her haunting lullabye..

Shadow of a Dream
Never meant to.
(poem)
hello stranger
nice to see you
did I tell you
that I still need you?
ripped apart at the seams
Guess it was never meant to be
Falling down
easier then getting up
Pushed and shoved
and so ******** up
Hello again..
Has officially left gaia.
