Why must love make such fools of us? Why must we run like mad to find that one perfect someone and hurt the ones that love us along the way?

Along the way to finding happiness, I hurt the one that loved me. We can not be together, due to our past. We are weighed down by the other ones that we have been with and cannot get closer because of them.

If only another time and another place. Then perhaps we could have met and fallen in love. Instead we met like we did. Now things are the way they are, and there is nothing that we can do.

So just wish for things to be as they never were. For things to continue that way. For as much as I love you and you love me, we just cannot be. We shall just continue on and continually ask ouselves one question: why?

For Halloween I was... The Mad Hatter! ^-^ I had the hat, the suit, and the insanity. I even won the costume contest at the school dance lol. So it never hurts to be quiet mad! biggrin

Boring day of school and work. With a gray cold sky hovering overhead I wish I could just sink into the covers of my bed and stay there. Sadly the world will not let me rest. sweatdrop

A friend of mine that was hurt really bad at the beginning of the year, had a trial this week to determine what would happen to the guy that hurt her. Somehow... the guy won the case. He had no evidence... only three character witnesses ... and yet he won.
*sigh* She decided beforehand.. that if she lost, that she would leave. Leave everything and start again somewhere else... just to escape him. I guess it is time to start saying my goodbyes....

I know the world is not a fair place... I was just hoping that it would be for a little while.

My day has been... interesting. I had three hours of sleep, have eaten nothing today, had to be a witness for a trial, and found out my boss is quitting. So other than all that, my day is just peachy! sweatdrop
