Should new members be able to create their own clans/groups? Should Valdis still lead the Dark Clan (on hold)?

Character Name: Talbain
Age: 22
Color: Black fur with a white belly. He also has 3 red stripes on his ankles and wrists, and a red slash down his back along his spine.
Clan: Dark, but tends to switch.
Powers: Lightning and Space Manipulation, Master Swordsman, Guardian Invocation (Gains control over light, lightning, and space), Multiple Martial Arts styles
Gender: Male
Bio: Talbain was born into a family of swordmasters. While out training on his 5th birthday, he was captured by mercenaries, who sold him to a research lab. The labratory techs manipulated his genes, turning him into a werewolf. However, the experiments gave him powers no one foresaw. During his 18th year, he was given the chance to escape when one of the researchers brought an enchanted sword called the Banryu. Talbain stole the sword and destroyed the facility. He escaped out into the world with a shattered memory, and has roamed ever since in search of answers. He currently works as a martial arts instructor, but also doubles as an assassin or a mercenary.
Personality: Talbain is usually very loyal. However, should an opportunity arise, he won't hesitate to turn on his allies. He is somewhat unpredictable, subject to sudden fits of rage or violence. Somewhat brash, but with a unique sense of justice.

Misc.: When Talbain enters his Guardian state, he gains incredible power in the form of Light Manipulation and 3 pairs of wings he can use for offense or defense, but not both at the same time. During this time, his energy more than quadruples, making him near exhaustible under normal battle conditions. However, extended power use CAN drain his batteries to the point of near-death. His Banryu is a strange blade in that it seems to have a mind and will of its own, and will occassionally manifest itself into a large black wolf with midnight blue eyes.
