This is the list of people, in alphabetical order, who have been caught in various offences. If you have anyone to add, or if you know that one of these people have changed their names, please let me know and I will update this. I know it's small right now, but it could get a lot bigger. Some of these will lack conclusive proof however; I put them up here if they are suspected/accused as well. But if they are suspected/accused and lack conclusive proof, I will say "suspected/accused" next to their names to make sure you know that there is no real proof! I think that it is important to post them in here, as even if they *may* be innocent, a person entering one of these suspect's contests has the right to know any accusations that have been brought up against them. If you are on here as suspected/accused, I will allow you to defend yourself. Pm me and I will allow you to answer the charges brought up against you; however, do not try to bribe me or any other equally useless attempt to try to take you off the list. Convince me that you are innocent, not desperate.
