This is Dimitri, named after yours truly. He is Axel's older brother. Axel's father was the same species as axel but his mom was of a different race(they look like faceless mini grim reapers)called death eaters (who are not actually hostile,unless provoked)
Axel came out like his father and Dimitri came out partially like his father in shape and partially like his mom in blood and fur color.The black scarf like thing on his face is actually black fur.Dimitri's second eye is closed and when opened, shows a black outer eye and a red pupil. The "scarf tail" can turn into wings or a full long cape. He hates Axel for coming out more normal.
