This is a poem i wrote, my best one so far. If someone reads please tell me what you think smile I wrote it one night as i was wishing i lived in a fairytale, and i had just got done watching Labyrinth which would add to the whole imagination thing. enjoy.
Engulfed
I've lost all sense of reality
My body is completely numb
Look straight into my eyes
And see what i've become
I'm lost inside your illusions
But I can still sense your smile
I can't find my way out
You've made torture your style
I crush my body to yours
I can now feel the heat
You chuckle an evil laugh
My heart skips a beat
You slice my heart in half
Then give me a gentle kiss
I'm drowning in my own blood
But this is my true bliss
Up on your feet you stand
And you gracefully dance away
I'm still dying on the floor
But I cry for you to stay
I suddenly am awakened
Quickly I dry my single tear
Reality has returned
Which was my greatest fear
