I stuck it out for a month at the ranch, but things just weren't going very well at all.
The management was more concerned with selling the place than investing into to make it easier to sell. The workload was beyond what I ever expected: 60+ hours a week for about $4.00/hr. stressed
I'm back at my previous summer job, and it's way better. Dairy Queen rocks! (At least the one I work at does! whee )
I may not have made it to September, but one thing's for sure: I know more questions to ask when being interviewed.
