READ THIS LONG PROTRUDING BOX

I'm Megan.

I'm the most racist person in the world.

And the funny thing is, I'm Asian.

I'm hypocritical (that's my word, don't steal it) and I don't have problem with it.

My favorite color is 7.

My favorite number is 1337.

I love music, but only since I've gotten Rock Band 2 (which I'm unhealthily obsessed with).

I love music.

I realize that I've said that already. I did that on purpose.

I want to be great at piano and guitar when I grow up.

Long shot, I know, I don't put much effort.

I like Avenged Sevenfold and Rise Against.

/pokes music playlist.

I jump through topics easily. Have you noticed?

I can play guitar, piano, clarinet, and flute (badly, though).

The Rev died. I'm sad.

If you don't know who that is, go starve in a ditch, okay?

I like to draw and write.

I'm obsessed with L from Death Note.

Light needed to die a slow, painful, tortuous death.

I'm a really nice person, have you noticed?

Professor Layton is my most current obsession.

You can find me at the Arkansas Anime Festival.

I just now noticed that Firefox says 'anime' is spelled wrong.

/adds to dictionary.

Mozilla now officially needs to die in a never-ending abyss.

I like anime and manga (orly now?)

Oh, so now Firefox says manga is spelled wrong?

Well then, add fire-breathing dragons to that abyss, along with painful vision.

I'm very strong with my views of things.

I still think McCain should've won the 2009 Presidential Election.

I'm 12.

There are no mistakes in this 'About Me' box. They were all made purposefully.
Get over it.

Twilight.

Twilight. Everyone has an opinion on it.

Mine?

Well, my thoughts on twilight are very fact-based as well as opinion-based. [Reason judgment?]

Don't criticize me for it.

Well, sure, go ahead. I don't have a problem.

If you hate me for it, I want to hate you too. If you love me for it, I want to love you too. [awkward...]

I hate Twilight biggrin

YES I have read all four books. So don't go yellin' at me.

My reasoning:
A)They screwed vampires.
-When you think of vampires nowadays, you think of super-strong sparkly supermodel people or whatever.
-BEFORE Twilight got popular, vampires had protruding fangs, could turn into bats, and lived alone in a creepy mansion on the hill. I actually prefer that. I'd much rather be popular for my skills over my looks.

B)The Fan girls
-I know I shouldn't judge a book [or movie, seeing as 75% of the fans didn't read the books until AFTER the movies] by its fans, but you just can't help it when it comes to Twilight. Your average Twilight-lover [NO not average... what about now-a-day?] Your now-a-day Twilight-lover fights over the title of 'Mrs.[Or Mr.?] Cullen' and idolizes Taylor Lautner's abs. Man, that's just siiicckkkk.

C) The Storyline
Book One: Bella, your normal Mary-Sue, moves to a new state. New home, new school, new friends. She meets Edward. He can't resist her, and he thirsts for her blood. They fall in love. That's... basically it, except for that cat-fight with those other vampires.
-Do I have to point out the stupidity of this series? If you still don't get what's wrong with it, go search 'Alex Day reads Twilight' and watch all of them... They're entertaining and explain my point thoroughly : D

Book Two: Bella gets a paper cut. Edward runs away [way to go, cause and effect]. Jacob and Bella hang out. Alice sees Bella diving off of a cliff, assuming it's a suicide attempt. The tattle-tale reports this to Bella's lost lover, who goes to kill himself as well, when all Bella was doing was getting an adrenaline rush. Way to go, Jacob, you got Edward to commit suicide. Bad note, he didn't. Bella got in the way, and they now love each other again.
-Edward's stupidity makes him emo. Bella FINALLY has fun with someone of the opposite gender somewhere outside of bed. Alice screws it up and ends up saving Edward, giving your werewolf-man guy an anger fit. [basically an easier-to-understand review of it]
-Again, the flaws are obvious. Sadly, Nerimon is not going to read New Moon. I was really looking forward to what he was going to say about the paper cut thing.

Book Three: I don't even remember what happens in this book. I should just wait until the movie comes out and every one starts talking about it.

Book Four: Bella gets married, and gets pregnant. Oh, it's /very/ appropriate for those 4th-grade fan girls. And Meyer really doesn't leave out a detail. She gets a baby and gives it the most ridiculous name [something like Renesme Carlie [eeewww Carly] Cullen]. Then they have this war and... That's it.
-Half of the book is about her agonizing pain, and her baby. So, basically, this book covers the lack of protection in bed and teenage pregnancy. I just really hope the 4th-graders don't understand anything.

Book Five: It didn't even come out because of Meyer's dramatic scene where she gets mad at someone who spoiled the book or whatever. It's not like it matters, she already has the book posted online. I'm just really happy about the person who spoiled it, just one less movie people are going to chat about for five months.

YES I am very strong about my views on things, except for football. That's a different story. ANYWAYS
I cannot say I am very excited about this book series about sparkly, 'beautiful' vampires and werewolves, teenage pregnancy, cliche's, Mary-Sues, and peer pressure. In fact, the only reason I would ever watch the movies would be to make farting sounds and that's-what-she-said jokes to get kicked out of my least favorite movie theater.
