medications, especially over the counter, can be as bad as poisons. especially using them long term without speaking to your doctor, and getting frequent blood tests and checkups. aspirin and headache pills are some of the worst for sure. just look at lean, anything with mixing cough syrups, etc. half the time people can manage without taking stuff, they just don't want to
nah, most of my migraines are from food allergies or other allergies. once my roommate used a new shampoo but it was so full of chemicals, fragrances, and sulfates and so on. got such a bad migraine, and was bed ridden for 3 days after less than 10 minutes of exposure. I can't use or be around any perfumes, colognes and the like. idk why but my body is so delicate, even touching chemicals like bleach or strong clothing detergent is like pure acid and I get instant headaches from them and anything with strong smells
