My name is Escapist Soul. I'm a dreamer. I believe that anything is possible. Nobody can change my mind about what I believe.
I believe in magic, I believe in witches, I believe in elves. They exist somewhere out in this world. If not this world, then they exist in another; but they are out there somewhere.
Don't let anyone crush your dreams by reality. Dreams can be shine through if you follow your heart. You have to believe in your feelings and emotions to let your dreams come true.
The reason why I say all of this is because I have a huge dream. I've had this dream since about 4th Grade. Back then, I wrote a little story called "The Ellights". It was a little story - just a story written by a 4th grader. Nothing special. But back then, I had a dream. I dreamed of making this story something great. Now, I have made that one eleven-paged story into a five-part series:
The Ellights: Bygone Times
The Ellights: The Wraith's Attack
The Ellights: Mirror Dimension
The Ellights: The Goddess Stone
The Ellights: Possessed
These are my stories, taken from that little 4th grade project. It takes place in a fantasy world called Ellight Island. Ellights are people with large eyes and large ears, sort of like elves, but not. Along with Ellights on Ellight Island, Dolegans, The Syrus, and The Goddess live there. Dolegans live on the mountains and have bird wings on their backs. The Syrus are small little forest dwellers, the only race that is unknown to Ellights and Dolegans. They are the closest ones to the Goddess.
There are two other Islands that aren't connected to Ellight Island: Everglade Island and Tempest Island. Everglade Island is where the Enchantresses (witches) live. It's a swampland always covered in darkness and moonlight due to a spell. Tempest Island is where the Sorcerers (wizards) live. It snows and rains there all the time; never a clear sky. Their skies are always clouded with faint glimpses of the moon - they also have the same spell like Everglade Island. You could kind of describe how they live as an all girl's school and an all boy's school, They are the same race, but they separate by gender. Yes, they are allowed on each other's Islands, but they mostly stay on their own gender's Island.
The Ellights: Bygone Times
This story is about the main character's mother. (The main character's name is Sonrah, his mother's name is Soufeia. Sonrah was around 4 years old at this time.) Soufeia's interest lies in history. All the bok on Ellight Island say something a little different about history, and Soufeia reads them all. Once she finished, she is thoroughly confused about Ellight Island's true history. (Soufeia's family has always been doomed to work as the servant in the Ellight castle. All her ancestors have worked in the castle.) An old maid took Soufeia to a hidden part of the library, where she found an ancient book written by a man named Leodus. The book was mostly documents - more like a diary than anything else. It told about events that happened about 300 years ago. There in that book, she found the truth. That night she went home and told her husband, Ajil, everything she had learned from that book. Soufeia became overcome with a terrible feeling for her child, and hid him in a cupboard. Later that night, a man in a cloak came in and brutally murdered Soufeia and Ajil, leaving Sonrah hidden in the cupboard. The man left, and Sonrah came out. Both his decapitated parents disappeared in a mist. Sonrah remained crying in the floor when a young girl named Kanrik (about 3 years old) came in and saw Sonrah crying on the floor. She invited him to live with her, and he agreed. He was accepted into Kanrik's house, and the two grew up together as best friends. (Sonrah became very independent. He learned many things from Kanrik's parents and moved back into his old house, living by himself and taking the role as the next servant in the castle.)

Someday, The Ellights series will become a video game and I will be able to show it to the world. It is my dream to have this accomplished. My dream will never be swayed, this will happen someday, and hopefully someday soon. You must believe in your heart, anything can happen...magic is out there in the world.
