Hush little baby, don't say a word
All your screams will go unheard
And if someone comes to your aid
Going home, they'll be delayed
What became of you, they'd wonder
They find pieces of you thrown asunder
Connect me to the murder they will
At least I enjoyed the thrill
I'll break back out, so heed my word

"You vill haben zu remove your pants fur ze implant. Ich aum ein doctarr, so zhere ist nein reason zu be embarrassed. Ze procedure vill be over in no time." he handed moved to a cabinet and pulled out a hospital style robe in plastic wrapping, handing it to her.
"You can put on zis, vhile Ich gazer ze neeted materials, und just call vhen you are changed." he offered, figuring it would be best to at least supply her with that comfort. He handed her the robes, and moved off to the side to gather the proper tools, though in actuality he didn't need to leave the area, he could have called them to him, but well, she was a willing patient, so he figured he would at least try to be accommodating.
"it seems, ift you vill haben it, ein single tail ist available, ift you vant it." he smiled, looking around.
"Since ve are already here, Ich coult prep you fur ze operation nun, ift you vant."
Stitches gave a nod, writing some notes as the creature appeared on her shoulder.
"You vill meet ze tail alone, it ist being supported, but nein longerr connected to ze creature it ist from. Ift this first procedure goes vell, ve can see about vhat ezer else you vish zu do, ja?" he smiled, finishing his notes, ignoring Toto completely.
"So, vould you like zu meet ze three tails Ich haben gazered und see ift zere ist ein fit? You vill habem zu come zu mein lab..." he looked around for the mirror, smiling and leading the way. He motioned for her to walk through it, and if she did, she would walk through the mirror as if it were made of water and wind up in his lab. It was dark, with arms stretched out of the walls holding vials and containers of body parts all along the shelves all along the walls. There were a few areas that were clearly for examination or operation, and in the back larger specimen strung up. He would come through behind her, promptly inform her not to touch anything, and lead her back through the many creatures and body and creature parts and tools to where there were the three rather large tails with mouths. Note pad ready, he would motion for her to try to interact with them, and see how things would go.
"Zis tail ist actually von ein creature oft your vorld, ein demon, as it vere. It is located in South America, Ich believe, zough Ich coult be mistaken. Ich can nicht say how difficult it vould be zu train, but ich aum sure ve could introduce you zu ze tails before hand, und see ift you vill get along zat vay. As fur ze adaptions...changing somezing as simple as ein single tail, vill nicht be zu hard. Ift ze transplant ist rejected, it vill nicht be zu bad. Ze harder surgeries, like gills, could prove zu be more dangerous. Ve should keep it simple, fur nun, und see how vell you do, before fully discussing ze next, ja?" he gave a friendly smile, placing a stitched hand on her head. He answered her questions willingly, quite pleased at how open she was to the entire concept. If the first surgery went well enough, she could prove to be one of his greatest accomplishments.
"You vill haben zu checkzen in on ein regular basis afterrvards, zu ensure ve can catch anyzing zat might go wrong und fix it before it goes zu bat, or zu just make sure it ist going vell. You vould be able zu keep up vith follow up appointments, ja? You von't try zu run avay?" he asked, eying her, as patients in the past had done just that. And of course, when the subjects ran away, he could not ensure their procedures ended well...

"Ich can make many changes, but it vould be best zu taken zem von at ein time, ja? Given your body time zu adjust between each addition...." he remarked calmly, looking up to see the tail she liked, the one with a mouth at the end. It was the tail of a Mbulu.
"Zat tail zere, vill haben ein "will" oft it's own, und be unable zu resist fresh milk. Also, nein tail you haben vill be a whip vhen you do zis," he mimicked the earlier motion, then went back to speaking, "because ein tail vould be able zu move in many parts, fluidly und on its own. Nun, vith zat tail, you coult indeed hang von branches ift you vished, but it vould really depend on ze tail itself cooperating. Ze best tail fur hanging und whip-like motions, vould be zis von here." he pointed at the tail that would be large enough to support her, and was very much like a monkey tail.
"Afterr your first surgeory, ift you adapt vell enough zu it, ve can see about giving you gills ift you still vant zem." he informed.
