Personality : Kira is kind of stand off ish and dosen't really talk to many people. Because she has a Japanese name people made fun of her when she was in grade school. But if she gets to know a person and they truely become her friends she will talk to them. Pushing past all that though she really does care for people and will try and help them out.
History :
Kira was born to her parents Sara and John while vacationing in Tokyo, Jp. When she was born her parents gave their baby a Japanese name Kira Fuu. After Kira was born Sara noticed a strange marking on their baby's back that looked like a pair of wings and talon marks. ( which would be her symbol ) Her parents thought it was just a weird birthmark and photographed it and put it in their baby's baby book.
Kira's parents loved to travel so anywhere John and Sara went Kira went with them. When Kira was 14 her parents took her to Greece, France and Italy . Greece caught her eye the most beause of the old relics and Mythology. This is also where Kira found a temple with the same marking that was on her back.
Later at her hotel Kira began having strange dreams of gods, goddess and strange bird like women . Kira wondered what this meant until she met her guardian Eagle, Aoi . Kira was weirded out at first after hearing a bird talking but listened to Aoi's story. Aoi then began glowing and a Pendant or Pen on a necklace appeared in the air and landed on her bed.
Aoi told Kira that she was a Sailor Senshi of Wind and Birds Sailor Harpy. She had a hard time believeing this until she arrived hom in America Ny city started getting attacked by strange monsters and Aoi used her stick for the first time calling out her transformation phrase and transformed into Sailor Harpy .

Senshi Uniform :
Regular : Is a two peice leather Senshi uniform The base color in this is blue and wings on her back are purple. The gloves she wears are orange and have a claw like appearance on the tips. Her boots are the same blue color
Super : Like her former one only this is all Purple and her wings turn blue Her brooch has grown gold wings as well .
Eternal form : a Mix of Blue and Purple . The skirt turns to short shorts but they puff out her feet change to that of bird like feet and with sharp talons Her wings have changed back to Purple.
Attacks :
Harpy Talon Kick : Sailor Harpies feet transforms ( Only Normal and Super ) into Bird like feet with sharp talons . If it contacts with a enemy causes bleeding and scaring. 50 % accurate to hit
Harpy Wind Gust ! : Kicks up wind with her wings forming it into a tornado like funnel and throws it toward the enemy.
Harpy Feather Trap : Feathers turn into a net and is thrown toward the enemy in hopes of trapping them .
Senshi History :
Sailor Harpyia or Princess Harpy was born into a group of Harpies that lived near the kingdom of earth and protected those of earth from evil. Princess Harpy was born to her mother Elektra a decendant of the first Harpy Elektra and Kira was her Heir to take over as Queen of the Harpies or that particular group.
Sailor Harpy how ever wasn't accepted by the Earth's Kingdom and was constantly be littled and soon was forced to move to the Moon palace where Queen Serenity and Princess Serenity brought the Senshi of the Harpies to the palace there she was a gurd of Princess Serenity as well with the Inner Sailor Senshi. She was on the side of the moon until some of the people also started putting her down for her attacks and powers were strange to them and she wasn't trustworthy among them.
She proved her self during the battle between the Moon and Earths battle and saved Princess Serenity from a attack and was the first to fall of the Sailor Senshi in the battle. Queen Serenity promised a better life for Kira and said that one day her powers would be seen as good for someone.
As Sailor Harpy on earth she is a loner scout and won't rely on other Senshi to help her. She has a team but she seldm works with them. If she does work with them its usually if its a very stronge enemy that she can't defeat herself.
She eventially gets over her loner Senshi style and teams up with her team of senshi and once teamed up with the Inner Senshi.
